John Lee

John Lee is an Associate and Head of Employment Law in MBM Commercial. John trained at McGrigors where he spent some time in London, before moving to a City practice and becoming a dual qualified solicitor (Scotland and England/Wales). John is a Solicitor-Advocate and is Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both Employment Law and Discrimination Law.
John has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious Employment matters and has appeared regularly in defence of corporate clients across the UK in many claims covering the full spectrum of Employment Law over the past eight years. John offers tailored, pragmatic and commercially focused advice and is on the supplier database of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for the provision of training and consultancy services.
