Scott Borthwick

Scott Borthwick is a Solicitor and Business Development Executive in the Corporate Group of MBM Commercial. He holds a degree in Business Studies and an LLB with Distinction from Napier University. He completed his Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh School of Law.
Scott's principal interests are start-ups, corporate finance, and share/business acquisitions and disposals as well as general corporate advisory work. Scott is also a notary public.
