Sandy Finlayson

Sandy has served for many years as a tutor in the post-graduate legal diploma course at Edinburgh University teaching courses on finance taxation and investment and company law. He also lectures regularly for Central Law Training on company law and directors duties and responsibilities.
He took part in the Scottish Enterprise Business Birth Rate investigation in 1993 and was involved with the Business Forum from its early stages, serving as Chairman of Business Forum East for two years. He also took part in the Scottish Enterprise Commercialisation enquiry in 1995 and was the first sponsor of CONNECT. He also served for two terms on the Edinburgh Committee of the Institute of Directors. He is currently a director of Scottish Health Innovation Limited.
