Stuart Hendry

Stuart Hendry is a Partner in MBM Commercial and specialises in start-ups, spin-outs, investments and commercial contracts. Stuart acts as legal adviser to a number of business angel syndicates which regularly invest in technology companies and has completed a large number of deals involving the Scottish Enterprise Co-Investment Fund.
Stuart regularly gives talks and presentations on business start-up and technology issues, has a Masters Degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law, is a member of the Scottish Society for Computers & Law and a committee member of the Business Forum Scotland. Stuart is also a Notary Public.
