Overview

Stuart’s clients include investors, technology companies and entrepreneurs. He also acts as legal adviser to a number of business angel syndicates. Stuart has completed many deals involving funding from all funds of Scottish Enterprise and acted for several of their approved co-investor partners.

Stuart is head of the firm’s Corporate Group. He has a Masters Degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law and is a regular guest speaker at events and seminars on e-commerce, intellectual property and complex commercial contract issues.
