MBM Commercial shortlisted in Insider Dealmaker Awards (Scotland) 2024

MBM Commercial is delighted to have been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year at the Insider Dealmaker Awards, organised by Insider Media in partnership with The Scotsman, will highlight the top acquisitions, funding deals in Scotland in the year to July 2024, and the people and firms that made them happen.

In addition to the nomination for the MBM team, a number of transactions that MBM Commercial has been involved in were also shortlisted including Investment in iGii, Sale of Cambric Systems to Abingdon Software Group, Sale of Hamilton Waste & Recycling to Biffa, Investment in EnteroBiotix, Investment in Kick ICT Group, Investment in Aveni.

The award winners will be announced at a gala evening in Edinburgh on 14 November.
