Q Ui CKBLOCK Share 100

MBM Commercial were delighted to advise Scottish defence and infrastructure technology company QUICKBLOCK on its successful £940,000 funding round to support the next stage of its growth across Europe.

The funding round comprises new equity investment led by Equity Gap, The University of Strathclyde and Scottish Enterprise, alongside innovation grant funding from Scottish Enterprise and Innovate UK. The investment will support the expansion of QUICKBLOCK's commercial operations across key European markets, increase production capacity and further develop its rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions.

MBM Commercial's Corporate team, led by Laura Peachey, advised QUICKBLOCK throughout the investment transaction.

Founded in Scotland, QUICKBLOCK has developed an innovative modular building system manufactured from 100% recycled polypropylene. Its technology is used across defence, security and humanitarian applications, enabling the rapid deployment of infrastructure, training environments and protective structures. The company has already delivered projects for defence organisations including the UK Ministry of Defence, the German Bundeswehr and the Indian Army.

The funding comes at an exciting stage in QUICKBLOCK's growth journey as demand for rapidly deployable defence and security infrastructure continues to increase across Europe. The investment will help the company strengthen its commercial capability and scale operations to meet growing customer demand.

Congratulations to Andrew Vincent and the entire QUICKBLOCK team on securing this significant investment. We look forward to following the company's continued growth and success as it expands its presence across Europe.
