MBM Commercial Hires New Restructuring and Insolvency Partner

Award-winning law firm MBM Commercial (“MBM”) today announced the appointment of Jamie Nellany as the firm’s head of Restructuring and Insolvency.

In this new role for the firm, Jamie will deliver advice on a full range of restructuring and insolvency matters to the firm’s corporate and commercial clients. He will be based in the firm's Edinburgh office.

Joining MBM as a partner from Brodies LLP, Jamie’s experience spans a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, healthcare and technology. Jamie is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK for his work in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
