MBM Commercial shortlisted for EISA Award

We are delighted to announce that MBM Commercial have been selected as a finalist for Best Legal/Regulatory Adviser award at the EISA Awards 2025!

This award recognises excellence in legal and regulatory advice within the EIS sector. This award goes to the legal or regulatory adviser who helps guide clients through the complexities of compliance, structuring, and legal considerations specific to the SEIS and/or the EIS whilst also recognising contributions to the wider ecosystem.

It is fantastic to be selected for an award that recognises such contributions. The 2025 EISA Awards ceremony will be held at the House of Lords, Westminster, London, on the 19th June. We will be crossing our fingers until then!
