Ailiya Bilgrami

Ailiya joined MBM Commercial in 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate Team.  She completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh, where she also obtained her LLB.  Throughout her studies, Ailiya gained valuable experience across several leading law firms, including MBM Commercial, Brodies LLP, and Pinsent Masons, with a particular focus on corporate and dispute resolution work. Most recently, she worked part-time with NCM Fund Services as part of the Depositary Services team, where she was responsible for reviewing legal agreements and investment documentation.

Outside of the office, Ailiya enjoys art, film photography and table tennis.
