Frances Lombardi

Frances is an Associate in MBM Commercial’s Dispute Resolution team. She joined the firm in October 2026 from Harper Macleod, where she completed her traineeship and subsequently qualified.

Frances has experience across a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and property litigation. She has appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has also assisted with high-value and complex litigation.

Frances takes a practical and commercially focused approach to disputes, working with clients to understand their objectives and help achieve the best possible outcome.

Based in our Glasgow office, Frances also works regularly from Edinburgh.
