Before joining the firm, Kenneth worked in the IP and commercial teams at two of Scotland’s leading law firms. Prior to this, he worked in London for some of the world's best-known media & entertainment companies including the BBC, Working Title Films/NBC Universal, and Entertainment One/Hasbro. Kenneth advises clients on a wide variety of matters concerning intellectual property, data protection, and commercial contracts. He has a particular affinity for the film and television industry and has advised productions on everything from option agreements, development agreements, writers agreements, location agreements, performer agreements, and distribution agreements to name but a few.

Kenneth values delivering advice in clear, accessible language. His clients appreciate his ability to distil complex legal issues into intelligible explanations and provide solutions. His advice is client focused, always tailored to the specific needs of their business.

He is a guest lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University and has delivered presentations on intellectual property law at the Scottish Parliament. He is also a board member of the Scottish North American Business Council where he works to expand the commercial bridges between Scotland and North America in the creative industries.
