Morgan Trigg

Morgan is a senior associate in the Corporate team at MBM Commercial LLP advising clients on all aspects of corporate law, including private equity deals, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions, debt and equity investments, MBOs, group reorganisations and joint ventures as well as on a continuous basis for corporate housekeeping and compliance matters.

Admitted in England & Wales and New York, Morgan has international experience in Luxembourg and the US and holds an LL.M (Honours) from Northwestern, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, and an LL.B (Hons) from Edinburgh. Key achievements include leading multi-million-pound joint ventures, advising on major equity investments and acquisitions, and supporting high-growth start-ups and technology companies.
