Having lived and worked in California for 14 years before joining MBM, Tracey retains strong links with her US network and is well-versed in advising on the corporate and regulatory environment in both jurisdictions.
Tracey’s practice focuses on M+A and equity investments with a speciality in advising on US transactions. The US team supports businesses as they expand in the US, from initial set up to investment and subsequently to exit.
Tracey’s key clients include fast growth technology companies and UK businesses with US operations that span all sectors and deal sizes. She has had a lead role in several prominent sales to US buyers, such as the sale of a large UK and US e-commerce business to a US PE buyer and the sale to a US corporate buyer of a privately held medical device manufacturer. Other interesting deals include advising on “Delaware flips” to facilitate US investment and growth for UK businesses.
