MBM Commercial were delighted to advise Edinburgh-based aerospace technology firm, Aurora Avionics, on their £500,000 investment to accelerate their mission of revolutionising space launch guidance systems.

Backed by Kelvin Capital, Gabriel, and Scottish Enterprise, Aurora Avionics is now poised to hire new engineers, expand its operations at the Royal Observatory, and further advance its groundbreaking technology.

Oren Smith-Carpenter, CEO of Aurora Avionics, praised the legal team, stating, "Thanks to the MBM team for all their efforts in moving this deal to completion!"

Gabriel Investment Syndicate commented, "We are pleased to continue our support of Aurora Avionics as they secure this significant investment to advance the development of their modular spacecraft guidance and control systems. This milestone reflects the strength of the team and the potential of their technology to play a key role in the future of space innovation."

This latest round of investment follows an initial £320,000 investment by Gabriel and Scottish Enterprise last year. Subsequently, Aurora Avionics was selected for Scottish Enterprise's High Growth Ventures portfolio.
