MBM Commercial Announces Promotions
MBM Commercial Law is delighted to announce a number of promotions across the firm in both Edinburgh and London.
Firstly, the team announces the promotion of three outstanding female team members to Director level, recognizing their exceptional contributions and dedication to the firm.
Hannah Brazel has been promoted to Director in the Corporate department. Hannah has been with MBM Commercial since she qualified in 2017 and has consistently demonstrated her expertise and commitment to the firm's clients. Hannah specialises in M&A and investment deals and has a particular interest in technology.
Michelle Bush has been promoted to Director in the Employment Law department. Since joining the firm in 2023 after relocating from the US, Michelle has been a pivotal addition to the MBM team. She brings unique US employment law expertise, which has been invaluable for MBM’s clients expanding to the USA. Michelle has recently introduced a new US Employment retainer service. She is generous with her time regularly presenting on multiple webinars, further enhancing MBM’s client offering.
Lianne MacPherson has been promoted to Director in the Commercial Property department. Lianne has been a key contributor to the property team, especially as increased demand for our commercial property services has evolved. She specialises in leases (acting for both landlord and tenant), acquisitions/disposals, real estate finance and has vast experience in negotiating with landowners re: rights required for a public body.
In addition to the above promotions, Lucy Drury
(Dispute Resolution), Angela Hastie (Corporate - Edinburgh) and Katie McFadden (Corporate- London) are promoted to Senior Associate. Conor Devine (Corporate - Edinburgh) and Chris Scobie (Employment) are promoted to Associate (Tier 2)
