• The cost of Holistic HR is fixed for one year and depends on your staff numbers when you sign up (see pricing table below).
• Subsequent years’ fees will be based on your staff numbers at the annual renewal date. It works both ways – if your business has expanded, you will pay more but if you have fewer staff than the year before, the fee will be less.
• For those in one of the fee brackets for 11+ staff, you can choose to set up a monthly direct debit for payment of the fee instead of paying in full at the start of the subscription year.
• If you choose to pay by monthly direct debit, a 10 percent administration charge (calculated based on your yearly fee) will be applied to your Holistic HR fee.
