Craig is a Director within MBM’s corporate team, advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including private equity and M&A.

Craig joined MBM in February 2018 and has gained significant experience in advising early stage and high growth companies in a variety of corporate finance transactions. Craig adopts a pragmatic, measured and common sense approach to any transaction or in any advice given to clients which allows any deal to proceed to its completion as efficiently as possible. Having had experience in working directly with a company as an in-house lawyer where a commercial approach was required, Craig appreciates that early stage companies also benefit from their external advisers adopting a similarly commercial approach.

“Craig set in place all the foundations with rigour and welcome attention to detail. We have found MBM Commercial responsive, agile and creative and could ask for nothing more.“
