Lianne McPherson is a Senior Associate within MBM’s Commercial Property Team. During her career, she has worked for leading global law firms where she has gained over 16 years’ experience in all aspects of Commercial Property work in Scotland.
Lianne’s experience includes acquisitions, sales, leases (acting for both tenants and landlords), property management, development projects and providing property support in cross-border property finance and corporate deals. Lianne has significant experience across the office, retail, leisure, student accommodation, industrial and public infrastructure sectors.
Personal Biography
Outside of working hours, Lianne runs her own dance school business, having danced from a very young age. She was one of the first 30 Affiliate Teachers worldwide of The Royal Ballet School, London. Lianne enjoys going on long walks with her Cocker Spaniel and sitting down to a good book.
