Expanding internationally is one of the biggest and most pivotal steps in a company’s growth plan. Businesses looking to go global are faced with the challenges of abiding by the rules and restrictions in overseas jurisdictions, requiring the help and expertise of legal advisers.

MBM Commercial LLP can seamlessly assist our clients who are looking to grow internationally as the founding member of World Tech Legal (WTL), a network of entrepreneurial law firms with a focus on assisting innovative companies in the technology sector. WTL was established in 2020 to connect our clients with other technology-specialist law firms. WTL now has firms located in 22 jurisdictions in Europe, Asia, the USA and Australia and the association is looking to expand with 30 jurisdictions by July 2023.
